Los Angeles Cookie Con & Sweets Show
We had a wonderful time this year at the Los Angeles Cookie Con & Sweets Show. It is very short drive from our main office, so we were excited to bring more goodies & decorations than expected. We would like to thank everyone who volunteered to run the show, & most importantly a big thank you to everyone who came to the show & visited with us at the booth. We had thousands of $1 cake decor items that everyone loved. We saw a lot of long time friends & had the opportunity to make many more. We love coming to Cookie Con & are already excited about coming back next year! Thanks!

That Takes the Cake
Another great show this past weekend in Austin at one of our favorite cake shows, That Takes the Cake show. Austin is one of our favorite cities to visit every year. The people are amazing, the food is fantastic, & the cakes are magnificent. We would like to say thank you to the committee who worked so hard to put the show together. We are also so appreciative for everyone who came to the show & stopped by the booth to say hi. We had a lot of different cake decor on sale, but the talk of the town this year was definitely the Piping Gel by FondX. Everyone loved the consistency & applications of the new Piping Gel. San Diego Cake Club Cake Show
The Caljava team was so excited to attend the first Annual San Diego Cake Club Show in the Del Mar Fairgrounds. We really enjoyed the energy & excitement at this brand new show. Fantastic turn out, great show committee, & amazing long time friends & new friends stopping by the booth. We had such a great time meeting with the strong cake community here in San Diego. The featured item of the show was definitely the new Piping Gel by FondX. We sold out quite early. All of our customers loved the look & workability of the new Piping Gel & the word spread. Before we knew it, all of our Piping Gel was selling out! We couldn't thank you all enough for the great support & successful show this past weekend. We really appreciate it, and are looking forward to coming down next year!

SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo
It's that time of year again & off to Miami we went. Last year was SoFlo's first cake show & it was an amazing event. An instant success. So we were very excited to make the trip back to Miami to participate in an even bigger & better SoFlo Cake Show, & it did not disappoint. There were close to 4,000 cake enthusiasts in attendance eager to learn, network & find out about the newest cake products. Once again our Piping Gel by FondX was the talk of the show. All of the attendee's were excited to try out the new Piping Gel. We held demonstrations & a testing area where everyone could try out & play around with the Piping Gel. Everyone loved it. We could not keep enough Piping Gel on the shelves. We also had great show specials on a variety of Gumpaste Sugarflowers & FondX Rolled Fondant. This show was another great success, we will definitely be back in Miami next year.

Los Angeles Cookie Con & Sweets Show
Cookie Con LA was a fantastic and unique show that highlighted the art of cookie making and cookie decorating. With exciting guest speakers such as Ron Ben Israel, special YouTube stars, Laker Champion John Salley, and Master Chef Jr. stars, Cookie Con was a great event for families who love to bake and decorate cookies, cupcakes and cakes. We also had the pleasure of showcasing a beautiful Disney collection of beautiful handmade cookies made with FondX Rolled Fondant. These amazing cookies were designed by the talented Ant Roman of Nerdache Cakes, NJ. We'd like to say thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth and spent time with us. Can't wait to be a part of next year's Cookie Con and experience it all again.

That Takes the Cake! - Once Upon a Cake
We had another outstanding cake show this year as always at the That Takes the Cake Show in Austin, TX. This is one of our favorite cake shows that we attend every year. We were so glad to visit with many of our great friends and customers along with having the great opportunity to get to know new cake artists in the Texas area. This year we offered a large variety of Readymade Sugarflowers along with FondX and edible Cupcake Toppers at a great show price. There were hundreds of cakes participating in the Cake Competition this year, from beginner's cakes to the master level, that filled up the auditorium. Caljava is a proud sponsor of the That Takes the Cake Show and as always will be looking forward to being a part of it again next year! National Capital Area Cake Show
This year we had another Awesome show in Fairfax, VA at the National Capital Area Cake Show. We'd like to send a HUGE thank you to all of the volunteers and directors for putting on another great show. Being about 30 min from Washington DC this is a great show to go to with the family, because of all the great tourist activities in the city that are perfect for the rest of the family. It was great seeing and spending time with all of our good friends, and we had the privilege of meeting new friends this year. This year we had also hosted the wonderful Ant Roman of Nerdache Cakes from NJ as our featured instructor/demonstrator at the booth. She demonstrated her advanced fondant skills using FondX which featured 3D figures and her unique "paper crafting" technique which are shown in her freehand custom cookies. It was such a great experience this year. Thank you for coming out to visit us, we are already looking forward to next year! See you there!

Southern Florida's Cake & Candy Expo
We had an incredible weekend in Miami working the SoFlo Cake & Candy Expo hosted by Sweet Life. Such an awesome turnout of people came to visit, where we were able to see a lot of old friends, and make many new ones. We are so thankful to everyone who stopped by our booth. The location was fantastic, so close to the beaches and many great restaurants and sights in Miami, making it a perfect destination for families to make a weekend out of it. Food Hotel Indonesia Expo 2015: International Hotel, Catering Equipment, Food & Drink Expo
Food & Hotel Indonesia 2015 was an incredible four day exhibition with an amazing turnout of thousands of locals and foreigners that allowed us to get to know our international customers. We were excited to unveil our new packaging for our 1kg FondX sold in Indonesia and received great feedback. FondX featured a special demonstrator this year, Diana from Kuw-Kuw. Diana is a talented decorator and displayed her creativity with an Ondel-Ondel (traditional Indonesian puppets) FondX cake. The crowd was wow’d by her ambition and imagination. We all had a great time at FHI this year and we can’t wait to attend next year’s exhibition.

ICES: International Cake Exploration Society - 40th Anniversary
We had a fantastic time again this year at ICES Omaha, NE. It was a great turn out! We want to thank all of our friends and supporters that came out and visited us at our booth. ICES is always a great opportunity to catch up and learn about the new events in the industry. We were very excited to launch our newest item, Mirror Glaze Piping Gel, the best piping gel in the market. It was a huge hit, and almost everyone took home a jar. Thank you again to the ICES committee and volunteers for making the show possible again this year, and for everyone who came to support. We are excited to return again next year!

California Cake Club: Cake Camp
Cake Camp was a blast this year with a great turn out. We are always so appreciative for all of the supporters that come out to Vegas for the show from all over the country. It is always great to meet with old friends and make new friends in the industry. We were very excited to introduce our newest Mirror Glaze Piping Gel, the best performing Piping Gel in the market. PK Food Festival 2015
We had an amazing time at the very first PK Food Festival in Jakarta, Indonesia. Many different prominent baking brands were in attendance providing live demonstrations and panel discussion presentations. Our very own Alan Budiman was a guest instructor for 2 hands on classes in which he taught the proper FondX Rolled Fondant method along with the importance and technique of Painting on Fondant cakes. Chocolate Chef Abdu was also a guest instructor in which the students learned a large variety of different mediums in which they can fully decorate a cake with painted designs. We had a blast during each sold out class, each of the students painted their own beautiful cake. The three day show was amazing, thank you for all of our supporters and clients for stopping by the booth and for all of our new acquaintances we are excited to begin working with you.

Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show
The Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show is one of most favorite shows to attend every year and this year was another success! Thousands of people attended filling the hall with energy and excitement. It was a great pleasure to make new friends and catch up with old ones. Congratulations to all of the competition winners and participants. We always love seeing the competitive spirit brought through in cake art. We can see the boundaries of cake always being pushed at this show. The cake shown with show director Kerry Vincent above was a showpiece made using FondX Rolled Fondant, a birthday cake made for Queen Elizabeth's 90th Birthday. What an honor! A huge thank you to all of the volunteers and committee that make this cake show possible every year, we really appreciate all of your hard work and time. See you all again next year!
