How to place a Pick-Up order: please change the Delivery Method option from "Standard Shipping" to "Los Angeles Local Pick-Up", along with a note indicating the time & date of your preference. Pick up orders will be ready within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once every item is ready for pick up, you will receive a Ready to Pickup Notification email and we'll hold your order within 5 business days. Orders not picked up within this time frame will subject to 10% restocking fee for cancellation. If you'd like to request an extension beyond the time-frame, please email us at email@example.com with your order# and date of the order.
