Often used for baking, Glycerin is a clear, colorless liquid with a slightly sweet taste. Glycerin can also be used as a softener for fondant icing, making it easier to work with or even reviving fondant that has been dried. This useful product can also reduce the dryness of royal icing and keep buttercream soft. Add 1-2 drops until desired specifications.
