These cutters are ideal for use with a wide range of edible & non edible materials including: rolled fondant, gum paste, pastry dough, cookie dough, marzipan, or craft clays. The plunger allows for very easy cutting process, and allows for fast production. Create simple to produce daisies shapes, perfect for birthday cakes & other fun celebration cakes.
- Roll out the gum paste or fondant on a non-stick surface using powdered sugar for dusting for easy removal.
- Use the cutters to cut out the daisy shapes.
- Press out with plunger.
Tips: To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edges of the petals. The flowers can be used immediately or to create added dimension, place into a small cupped shape to dry.
