The bags were exactly as described. They hold LOTS of frosting and are very durable! Unfortunately for me, I have small, arthritic hands and the bags were a bit too large for me to comfortably work with. But I am positive that they would be perfect for someone with normal hands! I would definitely recommend this product!

Cake scraper (using as bench knife)

I'm using the cake scraper as a bench knife for making sour dough bread. The extra width help me handle high hydration dough more gracefully. thank you
