An non-edible metallic powder used to decorate showpieces, chocolate decorations, and other decorative pastry work.

Preparation: Add directly to the surface being decorated or use with alcohol for a matte effect. Mix well before use as pigments may settle.
Ingredients: Aluminum based powder
Precautions: Use gloves; do not swallow or breath powder. Flammable, do not use near open flame. Do not smoke and avoid electrostatic charges.
Storage: Store in a cool and well ventilated area. Keep jar tightly closed and away from frost & heat.
