How do we ship your order?

CALJAVAONLINE has been shipping ready-made gum paste flowers and other cake decorating supplies worldwide for the last 25 years.  All our flowers are packed very carefully, and due to the fragile nature of the products that we ship, we have developed a secure & safe gum paste flowers packaging.

We ship daily Monday through Friday with USPS, UPS or FedEx ground.  All orders will be shipped from our Northridge, California warehouse. There is no shipping on weekends.  If the order is received on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed on the next following business day (see chart below).

Please make sure that you provide us with your physical address and not a PO Box address, as we do not ship to PO Box for domestic addresses.

Expedited Orders

After you place your online order, feel free to either email us at sales@caljavaonline or call us: (818) 718-2707 to request your expedited shipping quote. We offer next day air service, 2nd day air, or 3-day express shipping. You may also call us before you place your order, to request a quote on any expedited shipping service, and we'll be happy to assist you.  

Processing & Delivery Time

After payment has been cleared (Credit Cards clear overnight, e-check payment usually take about 3-7 days to clear), all orders will be processed within 72 hours (3 business days. Weekends & Public Holidays are not included).  Estimated delivery time will take up to 7-10 business days for ground shipping (depending on destination).  Although we are committed to ship your order promptly, please refer to the chart for reference during our busy season:

Sold Out Items

Due to the high volume of orders, our inventory might not be up-to-date. Any out of stock / sold out item will be automatically refunded to the original payment.

International Orders

We gladly ship internationally as we are committed to shipping the products quickly & at the lowest cost to you. We have shipped all over the world, and we'll be happy to assist you on special shipping request. Please understand the high costs to shipping internationally, which is based on the total weight of your package.

HOW TO PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Please email us your order and we'll follow up with you through email. We would need your complete info (full name, shipping address, phone number) and along with the quantity and SKU# (item code). After we receive your order, we'll send you an email with your sales quote complete with your shipping options. Please respond within 5 business days, so that we can send your PayPal invoice with your total purchase. Shortly after your invoice is paid, your order will be shipped out within 48 hours or less. You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking numbers once your order has been completed.

CAN I GET A QUOTE FIRST?

Sure! Please email us at Sales@CaljavaOnline.com  with complete shipping address (city, postal code, country), and a brief message of what you'd like to order.  We'll give you an estimate shipping cost and a few options based on the USPS shipping rates. 

Please note

- All international orders will be automatically canceled if we do not receive your email response on shipping after 5 business days.

- There will be some additional duty and tax fees at the arrival time, in which cannot be determined beforehand.  International customers are liable to pay for these fees, which are usually billed from the shipping courier (FedEx, UPS or USPS)

- We are not liable for any damaged & missing packages done by the courier. Please choose your shipping option wisely.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You have 10 business days to return your order by calling our customer service at 800-207-2750 or e-mail us at sales@caljavaonline.com and request an authorization number.  It is a must to obtain an authorization number in order for us to refund your purchases.
  • Please inspect the outer package well when the UPS or FedEx driver is still there.  If you notice the package is badly damaged during transit, you may refuse the package & let the driver make note of the damage.
  • All returning items must be packed in its original box or boxes.  If the item is not returned in its original box and packing material, and the carrier denies the damage claim due to inadequate packaging, therefore, your refund will be declined.
  • All returning items must be in their original condition (unused, not tampered nor colored with any kind of food coloring products.)
  • There is a 15% restocking fee to be applied to all returned items. For tool items (fondant mats, gum paste tools, etc.), can be returnable upon request for in-house credit only.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We won't be able to reimburse your shipping for any returned items.
  • In shipping your returned items, please add insurance for the original value of the contents.  If the order is lost in transit, or damaged, we will not assume responsibility.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please email us if you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days.
  • If the package was dropped off at your front door while you were away, and it arrives in damaged/tampered condition, please notify UPS/FedEx immediately.  For UPS: 1-800-PICK-UPS and for FedEx: 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
  • Never accept damaged goods. Please contact us immediately if you've received a damaged package.
  • Upon acceptance of the package, please inspect the content immediately.  If you find the content unacceptable, please call us at 1-800-207-2750 or send us an email to: sales@caljavaonline.com with a picture of your package.
  • If you received a wrong item, please email or call us within 3 days of receiving the package so we can process a new shipment for you immediately.

Attention to Detail

Please pay extra attention to detail when filling out your Shipping Address & Billing Address.  Any orders in which CaljavaOnline has been provided the incorrect shipping address and as a result must be rerouted at a later date, will incur an $11.00 Interception Fee issued by the Shipping Carrier.  This is a standard rerouting fee charged by the Carrier and not issued by CaljavaOnline.com.  So please take extra care when filling out the proper shipping information.

If any order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will reship the order at the customer’s shipping expense.  If the customer does not wish to have the order reshipped, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges.

Orders that are shipped to a customer & refused will be charged shipping costs and  a 15% restocking fee. 

Price Adjustments

If you had recently purchased an item at regular price and it is now on sale, we allow a price adjustment only if it is within 24 hours after the initial purchase was made via PayPal.  However, price adjustments are not honored on certain large sales such as the ICES sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday & others.
